Hilti is taking a stand for safe and respectful maternal heatlth care this summer by inviting leadership and employees to a live screening of the documentary Afterschock including a panel discussion with the Founder of The ARIAH Foundation, Shawnee Gibson, and Founder of Womb Bus Project, Myla Flores, both featured in the documentary.
Also, Hilti has sponsored 1,000 Healthier Mom Kits to be assembled at their Queens, New York location by employees and their families. These kits will be distributed to nonprofits in multiple cities nationwide to reduce preterm birth rates for expectant mothers by providing tools and educational resources with the goal of aiding in the reduction of stress levels.
Join us in supporting improving maternal health outcomes in communities by giving back today. Donations will equally support The ARIAH Foundation and the Womb Bus Project.

About The ARIAH Foudation

The ARIAH Foundation’s mission is to stop the devastation of reproductive loss, death and injustice for Black, Indigenous People of Color in the US and abroad. We are committed to providing community education, awareness support and healing for individuals and families who have been impacted by reproductive injustice and birth inequities.

About Womb Bus

The Birthing Place’s (TBP) community care initiative is called “Womb Bus,” a wellness outreach van providing easy access, community-centered education and resources to neighborhoods currently focused in the Bronx.
TBP centers health, wellness and community around the experience of birth. With a longer-term mission to increase birth center access for all New Yorkers, we embark on The Womb Bus Project, innovatively and immediately reaching our community to provide culturally relevant support and care throughout one’s entire reproductive journey. We firmly believe this approach will improve outcomes and experiences for expectant families throughout New York.
